We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our behavioral health team in Hopkinsville, KY. In this role, you will provide high-quality, compassionate psychosocial therapy to individuals and families navigating emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Services
Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
Conduct psychosocial assessments and participate in the development, implementation, and ongoing review of individualized treatment plans
Support patients in addressing emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal challenges in a therapeutic and trauma-informed manner
Treatment Planning & Collaboration
Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure services align with each patient’s needs and goals
Participate in treatment team meetings, case reviews, and care coordination activities
Assist in ensuring treatment modalities are clinically appropriate and responsive to patient progress
Documentation & Compliance
Complete clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with organizational policies, payer requirements, and regulatory standards
Maintain compliance with ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and professional licensure regulations
Group & Educational Services
Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducational sessions using established clinical techniques and best practices
Adapt group content to meet patient needs while maintaining therapeutic structure and engagement

Qualifications
Required
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Professional Counseling, or a related mental health field from an accredited program
Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Kentucky (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT)
Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Commitment to ethical, client-centered, and trauma-informed care
Preferred
Two (2) or more years of experience in a behavioral health or mental health setting
Experience providing therapy across diverse populations
Familiarity with multidisciplinary treatment environments
