Licensed Therapist Needed for Boutique Tampa Practice

Boutique Tampa practice is looking to add to our team a psychotherapist who has experience in, or a keen interest in, ketamine-assisted therapy. 

Taking special care to provide personalized psychiatric care, you will be responsible for delivering therapist services including completing assessments, treatment, and patient care documentation. This therapist will be an integral part of a comprehensive care team that includes board-certified physician leadership. Requirements

• Provide excellent therapeutic services that meet the individual patient’s needs.
• Must be able to create an efficient health plan that meets the unique needs of each patient.
• Must follow through and be able to show treatment results of patients.
• Complete patient-related documentation and communicate relevant clinical information to both the patient, referring provider, and treatment team.
• Be able to set up and lead IOP group therapies.
• Support patients and their families with evidence-based therapy in both group and individual settings.
• Incorporate treatment team input to design plans based on the patient's values, objectives, and health, while ensuring that support structures are easily accessible.
• Evaluate client needs and create individual interventions while establishing person-centered goals for behavior modifications.

Qualifications

• PsyD, PhD, LCSW, or LMHC with work experience preferably in mental health and/or substance abuse treatment. 
• Basic computer skills are required and experience with electronic medical records is preferred. 
• Proper certification and licensing
• Must be trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
• Training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) is preferred.
• Experience in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is preferred, but we are willing to provide training.
• Professional attitude and genuine care for helping others.
• Must dress professionally.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience with leading group therapies is a plus!
• Must provide a comfortable atmosphere for patients and demonstrate sympathy.
• Must pass a background check.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are needed.
• Requires CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications.
• State license that is current, unrestricted, and in good standing for an LCSW, LISW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting working in behavioral health.
