We’re currently seeking a Licensed Rehabilitation Veterinary Technician to join our growing team. In this hands-on and dynamic role, you’ll work closely with our rehabilitation specialist to support patient care plans, assist with therapeutic modalities, and provide compassionate, skillful care. Anticipated Schedule

This is a full-time position
Some holidays are required

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Compensation

• Starting at $28/hr (commensurate with experience and licensure)

What You’ll Do:

As a Licensed Rehabilitation Veterinary Technician, you’ll be an essential part of the rehabilitation team, working alongside our specialist to support patient recovery, function, and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with and implementing treatments such as underwater treadmill, massage, laser therapy, shockwave therapy, and regenerative procedures (PRP, BMAC)  
• Creating and updating individualized treatment plans and maintaining accurate records  
• Administering anesthesia and advanced nursing care under veterinary supervision  
• Communicating clearly and compassionately with clients, including treatment demonstrations and updates  
• Performing nursing tasks including phlebotomy, medication administration (PO, IM, SQ, IV), and monitoring  
• Participating in department management tasks such as ordering, equipment upkeep, and procedure coordination  
• Mentoring new team members and collaborating with referring veterinarians for continuity of care  

Who We’re Looking For:

• LVT/CVT/RVT licensure in good standing  
• Solid understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and animal behavior 
• Experience with anesthesia, nursing care, and client communication 
• Ability to lift 35–45 lbs and support mobility of larger patients  
• Strong organizational, teamwork, and time-management skills  
• A positive attitude and commitment to helping pets live their best lives
