Licensed Vocational Nurse

Seeking responsible adult to provide Care & Supervision to 3-4 Adult with Developmental Disabilities in Residential Facility. These individuals require pervasive supports with all ADL. Medical home requires individuals with experience with Tracheostomies, oxygen administration, trach care, nebulizer, GT feeding, & GT care. Must be able to fingerprint clear through Department of Justice, Current LVN License, Must be willing to take 70 hr DSP I & II training. Current Physical / TB, First Aid CPR, CPI Certificate. Covid - 19 Test Required prior to start.



$30.00/hr
$1000.00 sign on Bonus paid over 1 ye

Wednesday/ Friday 7am - 7pm ( 2 different locations 5 min apart)

Fri/ Sat / Sun 7am - 7pm
Sun/ Mon / Tues 7am - 7pm

On call hours avail in 3 different homes as well
