Your Role as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

As an LVN at Remedy Home Health, you’ll deliver hands-on skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This is a great opportunity for LVNs looking for home health nursing jobs across Irvine, Santa Ana, Newport Beach, and Huntington Beach.

Primary Responsibilities:

  Deliver skilled, patient-focused nursing care based on personalized care plans

What You’ll Need to Qualify

• 
  

  Active California LVN license in good standing

  
  


• 
  

  Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program

  Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred)

  Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to assist and move patients safely

  Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
