Your Role as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

As an LVN at Remedy Home Health, you’ll deliver hands-on skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This is a great opportunity for LVNs looking for home health nursing jobs across Orange, Buena Park, La Habra, and Yorba Linda.

Primary Responsibilities:

What You’ll Need to Qualify

  Active California LVN license in good standing

  Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program

  Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation

  Ability to assist and move patients safely

  Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
