Location: Palestine, Texas
Schedule: Full-Time | 4:3 Rotating Schedule
Shifts: Days 6:45 AM–7:15 PM | Nights 6:45 PM–7:15 AM

Position Overview

Seeking experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide comprehensive nursing care in a clinical and inpatient setting. This role offers exposure to a variety of nursing functions, including clinic care, inpatient services, medication administration, wound care, emergency care, and critical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services, treatments, and preventive care.
• Administer prescribed medications and interpret physician orders.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions.
• Assist physicians with patient care and examinations.
• Provide wound care, surgical dressings, and emergency first aid.
• Monitor patients for changes in physical or emotional condition and report concerns.
• Provide discharge planning and health education.
• Maintain accurate medical records and manage medical supplies.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to ensure quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) program.
• Current Texas LVN license or permit.
• 1+ year of Med/Surg or LTAC experience.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification.
• IV Therapy Certification required.
