Schedule: Full time| Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Physician, serving as a trusted caregiver within your professional scope of license.

• Support accurate health assessments by continually observing patient well-being, recognizing changes in condition, and advocating for optimal health outcomes.

• Administer medications and treatments safely, meticulously monitoring for adverse reactions to ensure patient comfort, safety, and rapid recovery.

• Perform routine laboratory tests and therapeutic services efficiently to support timely diagnostic decisions and personalized care plans.

• Empower patients and their families through clear education on treatment plans, post-discharge self-care, holistic wellness, and community resources to ensure long-term success at home.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program permit (GVN) obtained prior to start date or job transfer date is required-OR-Temporary or Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license to practice in the state of Texas is required or must be obtained prior to hire or job transfer date-OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition through the Nurse Licensure Compact is required or must be obtained prior to hire or job transfer date.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN): Dependable, team-oriented professional with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality collaborative care.
