Position Available:

full time- Monday - Friday (flex as needed)

Essential Functions:

Supervise other LVN's and non-licensed medical staff (Resident Assistants, CNA's, Med Techs) in the day-to-day delivery of patient care.

Prepare and review medical documentation, nurses’ notes to evaluate the resident’s physical and emotional status.

Oversee medical staff on duty and audit/review charts daily.

Provide nursing care according to the Physician’s orders, care plans, established standards, policies, and procedures.

Prepare and monitor patient-administered medications as ordered by the physician in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies.

Sign, date, and perform all charting, record keeping, and care plans in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Provide outstanding individual patient care.

Communicate with the patient’s family regarding care, and answer questions if applicable

Ensure correct ordering of medications has taken place

Assist with the monthly schedule and call-offs

Ability to work with a patient population of addiction medicine and mental health.

Other duties as assigned

Education and minimum qualification:

High School Diploma or GED
Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license (or LPT)
Health screen/ drug screen / TB test
Valid driver's license

Salary: $98,000-$108,000
