Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

cTrace Solutions is in search for an LVN ( Licensed Vocational Nurse) - Nursing Home - Denton, TX

cTrace Solutions has a great opportunity to be a part of our growing team! We are seeking an experienced LVN ( Licensed Vocational Nurse) .

- $40 hour+ DOE AND Amazing Bonus Structure (sign -on and referral bonuses available)

- Opportunity to opt into a 401K program

- Shift Option: 6:00 AM - 2 PM and 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Note: Sunday through Saturday, Shifts will alternate based on staffing needs.

- Start Date: Candidate may begin on any day of the week, provided at least 5 business days are allowed prior to the start date to complete all pre -employment requirements.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed LVN and able to practice in Texas
  
• Must have least 2 years experience.
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for patients – manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
  
• Perform computer data entry – Receive full training.
  
• Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies.
