Looking for a weekend nursing opportunity without committing to a full-time schedule? Join BrightStar Care as a PRN LVN and provide one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships, work independently, and choose visits that fit your availability.

What You’ll Do

As an LVN, you’ll provide skilled care according to each patient’s established plan of care and physician orders. Your responsibilities may include:

  Administering medications and prescribed treatments

  Providing wound care

  
  


• 
  

  Monitoring patients and reporting changes in condition

  
  


• 
  

  Reinforcing patient and family education

  
  


• 
  

  Following established care plans and physician orders

  
  


• 
  

  Communicating patient needs and concerns with the care team

  
  


• 
  

  Completing accurate and timely visit documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Traveling to patients’ homes for scheduled visits

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  Current LVN license in good standing

  
  


• 
  

  Previous nursing experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Home health experience is a plus but not required

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working independently in a home setting

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable and available for weekend visits

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and documentation skills
