What You’ll Do:

As a Lien Resolution Analyst III, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to attorneys across the country, handling complex lien matters and unlocking savings for injury victims. You’ll:

• Manage and resolve healthcare liens (Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, TRICARE, etc.) up to $25,000
• Craft persuasive legal arguments and negotiate directly with lien holders
• Guide attorneys through intricate lien scenarios with clarity and confidence
• Document case progression thoroughly and accurately in our proprietary platform
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to innovation within our processes
• Embody and promote our PRIDE values—Professionalism, Respect, Integrity, Dedication, Empathy

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in lien resolution, legal services, or healthcare claims
• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business, Healthcare, or related field
• Strong negotiation, writing, and strategic thinking skills
• High emotional intelligence and a client-first mindset
• Organized, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple priorities
• Bonus points for experience advocating on behalf of a lien holder or legal firm
