Location: Santa Marta Senior Living Community, Olathe, KS

From the first hello to move-in day, you’ll create an experience rooted in hospitality, transparency, and joyful service. You’ll blend high-touch relationship-building with smart, technology-driven tools to meet prospects where they are - and show them how Santa Marta can feel like home from day one.

This isn’t just a sales roll - it’s a chance to inspire, educate, and welcome people into a vibrant, faith-inspired community that feels like family.

What You’ll Do

  • Connect with Heart: Warmly greet prospects and families, listen with compassion, and serve as their trusted advisor.
  • Guide with Confidence: Lead the journey from first inquiry to move-in with consultative conversations, discovery, and personalized follow-up.
  • Inspire with Storytelling: Showcase the lifestyle, peace of mind of Life Care, and welcoming Catholic foundation in presentations, tours, and events.
  • Celebrate Successes: Turn leads into deposits and deposits into new neighbors, fueling the growth and vibrancy of our community.
  • Leverage Smart Tools: Use our CRM and tech platforms to stay organized and ensure every prospect feels known and cared for.
  • Be a Santa Marta Ambassador: Represent our joyful, welcoming culture at community events, parish connections, and beyond.
  • Keep Growing: Sharpen your skills through training, bring new ideas forward, and stay curious about market trends and innovations.

Requirements

  

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in relationship-based sales (senior living experience a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications—or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills: warm, clear, and confident, especially when explaining financial options.
  • Strong organizational ability to balance multiple prospects with ease.
  • Comfort with technology, from Microsoft Office to CRM platforms, with curiosity for new tools.
  • Above all: a positive, service-oriented mindset and the heart to make a difference in people’s lives.
