Life Enrichment

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Life Enrichment professional to join our team at The Landings of Kaukauna. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with Dementia and a background in planning and facilitating activities that align with memory care. Using the Montessori approach to memory care, you will help create and implement fulfilling programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and implement engaging activities tailored to residents with dementia and memory care needs.


• Utilize the Montessori approach to create meaningful and stimulating programs that encourage independence and cognitive engagement.


• Collaborate with care teams to ensure activities are safe, appropriate, and beneficial for all participants.


• Maintain accurate records of activities and resident participation.


• Provide compassionate support to residents, family members, and staff to create a positive and enriching environment.


• Continuously evaluate and improve activity programs based on resident needs and feedback.

Requirements

• Experience working with individuals with dementia and memory care activity planning.


• Familiarity with the Montessori approach to memory care is highly preferred.


• Ability to organize and manage multiple activities and schedules effectively.


• Strong interpersonal skills with a caring and patient demeanor.


• Willingness to contribute creatively to program development and support the overall mission of The Landings of Kaukauna.
