Position Summary

Get ready for an exciting adventure as a Life Enrichment Rockstar! You'll be the creative genius behind our residents' daily dose of joy, laughter, and engagement. Your mission? To sprinkle magic into every moment, ensuring our lovely seniors are living their best lives!

Your Exciting Daily Adventures:

• Be the ultimate cheerleader, guiding residents through our fun-filled daily programs with enthusiasm and pizzazz!
• Transform into a friendly reminder fairy, helping residents remember meeting times and gathering spots. Be their personal stylist for exciting excursions and special events!
• Channel your inner party planner to create irresistible programs that'll have residents jumping (or gently swaying) for joy!
• Flex those creative muscles to design monthly calendars and quarterly newsletters that'll knock everyone's socks off!
• Put on your detective hat and observe residents' needs, desires, and responses. Share your insights with the manager to keep the fun train rolling!
• Become a brain gym coach, assisting with cognitive testing in the most entertaining way possible!
• Be a superhero sidekick to family members, offering support with a smile and a wink!
• Embrace your inner knowledge sponge, soaking up all the training goodness your manager throws your way!
• Step into the manager's fabulous shoes when they're away, keeping the good times flowing!
