Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a remote position offering a flexible schedule for both part-time and full-time work. We are looking for licensed and unlicensed individuals who are interested in providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with clients
- Book appointments and manage schedules
- Take and submit online applications
- Follow up with the back office
- Attend weekly virtual calls
- Explain policy coverage to clients once policy is approved
Qualifications:
- Must be honest and trustworthy
- General Life & Health License or willingness to obtain one
- Comfortable speaking with prospective clients over the phone
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with a commission position
We offer training to call, set, and run appointments virtually, utilizing various resources such as webinars, carrier product training, and our success-proven system.
