Obsidian Legacies is an independent financial services firm focused on helping individuals and families protect income, prepare for retirement, and build sustainable financial strategies.

We are seeking professionals who are serious about developing a long-term advisory practice — not a short-term side role. This opportunity is ideal for individuals exploring a structured career transition into financial services, including those from healthcare and other client-centered professions.

What You'll Do

As an Advisor, you will:

  • Conduct structured client consultations (virtual)
  • Analyze client financial needs and develop appropriate protection strategies
  • Educate clients on life insurance and retirement planning solutions
  • Guide clients through application and underwriting processes
  • Maintain ongoing relationships through periodic reviews
  • Complete required licensing and professional development

You will be building your own client base with mentorship and operational support.

Compensation Structure

This is a performance-based independent contractor opportunity.

Advisors are compensated through commissions based on implemented financial products and ongoing client service. There is no base salary.

Earnings are directly tied to individual production, client retention, and long-term relationship development.

Qualifications

  • Ability to meet applicable state licensing requirements
