Qualifications for the Life Insurance Sales Representative:
- Must possess a Tennessee Life Insurance License
- Life Insurance Sales experience is required
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be motivated and determined
Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Understand prospects’ needs and identify sales opportunities
- Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers
- Explain and demonstrate the benefits of our policies and services
- Stay informed about competing products and services
- Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team!
