Job Description
Our award-winning and quickly growing insurance agency is seeking a qualified professional to join their life insurance team. We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As our national life insurance sales rep, you will market and sell our life insurance products to our new and existing customers. Qualifications for the Life Insurance Sales Representative:

  • Must possess a Tennessee Life Insurance License

  • Life Insurance Sales experience is required

  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior

  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening

  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

  • Must be motivated and determined

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:

  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

  • Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed

  • Understand prospects’ needs and identify sales opportunities

  • Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers

  • Explain and demonstrate the benefits of our policies and services

  • Stay informed about competing products and services

  • Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team!

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am PST to 5pm PST
