Life Insurance Sales Specialist (Licensed) 
We are looking for a Licensed Life Insurance Sales Specialist who is excited to help customers protect what matters most!  This position would total 40 hours a week, split between two nearby American Family Insurance agencies.

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with current and new customers to uncover Life Insurance needs.

  • Generate leads through targeted phone and email campaigns.

  • Follow up with leads and conduct meetings in-person (at the agency) or by phone.

  • Conduct life needs analysis with customers to recommend coverage.

  • Submit life insurance applications and follow-up on underwriting requirements.

  • Meet or exceed sales goals (compensation both hourly and commission!)

 Qualifications:

  • Active Life Insurance License in Colorado is required to be considered for this position.

  • At least two years of related Sales experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Compensation & Benefits:


  • Hourly and commission: Base pay at 20.00/hour plus competitive commission percentage (estimated total compensation $50,000-$75,000 per year depending on performance).


  • Paid Time Off: Paid holidays and PTO accrual after 90 days to use as needed.


  • 401(k): Eligibility for 401(k) QACA plan after 1 year of employment.


  • Other Benefits:  Cost of renewal Life Insurance licenses covered after 90 days.

 Work Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week (split between two nearby agencies).

  • This is an In-Office position with the possibility of remote hybrid work following 12 months of meeting performance goals.

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1 hour lunch break).
