Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Life Plan Counselor for a senior living sales position in Sarasota, Florida. This role focuses on developing qualified prospects, building long-term relationships, conducting tours and presentations, and guiding future residents from initial interest through deposit and move-in.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Relationship-Driven Senior Living Sales
• Established Prospect Pipeline
• Marketing-Generated Leads
• Ongoing Community Events
• Sell Existing Residences And A New Development
• Long-Term Client Relationships Rather Than Transactional Selling
• Contribute Toward A Major Team Sales Objective
• MatrixCare CRM With Training Provided
• Occasional Evening, Weekend And Special-Event Participation

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary Starting At $70,000
• Performance-Based Incentive And Bonus Opportunities

ROLE
• Develop Qualified Prospects
• Build And Maintain Long-Term Prospect Relationships
• Conduct Tours And Presentations
• Participate In Community Events
• Conduct In-Home Meetings
• Guide Future Residents From Initial Interest Through Deposit And Move-In
• Maintain Ownership Of Prospect Relationships And Follow-Up
• Work With Established Marketing Support And Qualified Lead Generation
• Sell Both Existing Residences And A New Development
• Utilize MatrixCare CRM

Requirements
• Minimum 2 Years Of Successful Sales Experience REQUIRED
