What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support a team of Life Skills Instructors
• Oversee day-to-day program operations and ensure compliance with APD standards
• Coordinate engaging on-site and off-site activities that support client goals
• Manage staffing ratios, performance reviews, and instructor development
• Ensure accurate documentation and billing processes
• Collaborate with support coordinators, therapists, and family members

What You’ll Bring:

• High School diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
• At least 2 years of leadership or administrative experience in healthcare, disability services, education, or childcare
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to coach and develop teams
• A valid driver’s license and Level II background clearance
