In this role, you will have a significant impact by supporting the planning and delivery of lifecycle trigger communications. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance customer engagement and retention. Accountabilities
- Support strategy, planning, and execution needs related to credit card engagement efforts
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to implement and deploy lifecycle triggers
- Assist with the creation, coordination, and delivery of multi-channel trigger communications
- Manage project timelines and ensure creative deliverables align with business goals
- Facilitate coordination across multiple stakeholders, including marketing, product, and tech
- Apply business analysis skills to identify opportunities and optimize communication strategies
- Operate in a pod-based Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning and reporting
- Monitor progress and identify issues or blockers, escalating where necessary to ensure delivery
- Drive continuous improvement efforts by questioning the status quo and proposing enhancements
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across documentation, planning tools, and dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services
- Experience in product planning, performance marketing, and/or marketing operations
- Project coordination and/or business analysis experience preferred
- Previously supported trigger email campaigns
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience using tools like Jira and QuickBase is a plus
- Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position
