 The  Emerging Technologies Lead is responsible for identifying, evaluating,  and implementing new and cutting-edge technologies within an  organization, assessing their potential impact, and guiding and  development and adoption of these technologies across different teams  and fostering innovation. The Emerging Technologies lead has a blend of  technical skills in emerging areas including AI, machine learning, cloud  computing, IoT, blockchain, data analytics and cybersecurity. Along  with technical skills, the Emerging Technologies Lead has the ability to  effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical  stakeholders, influence and guide teams across the organization to adopt  new technologies, and manage the implementation of new technologies,  including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. The Emerging  Technologies Lead has direct past experience within two (2) years of a  candidate being on-board in the position.It is required that the Emerging Technologies Lead has the following qualifications:

• Possess  a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science,  or a related field at time of proposal submission.
• Possess  a minimum of ten (10) years of recent experience working integrating  new technologies into existing IT environments to improve functionality.
• Experience in technology scouting, feasibility analysis, proof-of-concept development and strategic planning.
