Lifeguard

Description

 We are seeking a responsible, vigilant, and friendly Pool Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of all pool patrons. The lifeguard will monitor activities in and around the pool area, enforce pool rules, provide emergency response when necessary, and maintain a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the pool area and ensure the safety of all swimmers.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain order and safety.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, including performing rescues and providing first aid or CPR as needed.
• Maintain a high level of vigilance and awareness while on duty.
• Perform routine checks of the pool, including water quality and cleanliness.
• Assist with the maintenance of pool equipment and facilities.
• Conduct regular drills to maintain readiness for emergency situations.
• Communicate effectively with patrons to provide instructions and guidance on pool safety.
• Report any safety hazards, accidents, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with opening and closing pool facilities, including securing all equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and promote a positive pool environment.
