Job Title: Lifeguard

Job Summary:

We are seeking responsible, alert, and safety-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Lifeguards. This role is essential in maintaining a safe and enjoyable aquatic environment for all guests. The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive, and confident in responding to emergency situations.

• Monitor pool and surrounding areas to ensure guest safety at all times


• Enforce all pool rules and facility policies professionally and consistently


• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including rescues and administering first aid/CPR as needed


• Perform routine pool maintenance tasks (e.g., water checks, deck cleaning, organizing equipment)


• Provide excellent customer service and act as a positive representative of the facility


• Complete incident reports and communicate safety concerns to management


• Attend all required training sessions and maintain up-to-date certifications

• Must be at least 16 years old


• Current Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross or equivalent)


• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required


• Strong swimming ability and physical fitness


• Excellent observation and communication skills


• Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies


• Prior lifeguarding or customer service experience preferred, but not required
