The Pillars Christian Learning Center in Rowlett, Texas, is hiring a seasonal Lifeguard. This exciting opportunity is available on a first-come, first-served basis—apply to secure your spot for summer!

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and ensure the safety of all students in and around the pool area.
   
• Enforce facility safety rules with kindness and authority.
   
• Stay alert and in full lifeguard uniform.
   
• Perform daily pool chemical checks to ensure safe swimming conditions.
   
• Maintain pool area cleanliness and assist with setup/cleanup.
   
• Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned.
   
• Support the team with secondary duties when not on lifeguard duty.
   
• Always professionally conduct yourself.
   

Pay & Perks:

• $13.00–$15.00+/hour, depending on experience

Requirements

• Current Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications are required.  
• Must be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors.  
• Enjoy working with children and contributing to a faith-based mission.  
• Strong communication and observation skills.
