There’s no time like the present to sort out your summer plans, and if you love being in or on the water, we have the perfect opportunity for you!   The Role: Waterfront Specialist Do you love swimming, water sports, and spending your summer outdoors? As a Waterfront Specialist, you’ll help campers enjoy activities such as swimming, kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, sailing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, fishing, tubing, and more. You’ll bring energy, encouragement, and fun to every session while helping campers build confidence and enjoy the water safely. All staff complete waterfront training during orientation. We are especially keen to hear from strong swimmers and candidates with lifeguarding qualifications, competitive swimming experience, or a background teaching water skills—but these are not essential for every role. No professional experience is necessary, just a positive attitude, confidence in the water, and a willingness to work with children.
