The Lifestyle Associate is responsible for coordinating and supporting the day-to-day administrative tasks related to all company employee housing properties. The individual will assist with maintaining accurate records and maintenance logs of each property and act as a first point of contact for employee housing related queries. This position will report to the Senior Operations Manager, Celebration Key.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Lifestyle Associate is responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Operation and Team Management
Assists with timely processing of all housing operations on the properties.
Ensures properties are serviced, cleaned, and secured.
Proactively engages with employees to anticipate their needs and preferences and provide recommendations.
Ensures that all housing rules are being adhered to on site.
Assists with processing new intake and exit of employees, including completing a walk thru and listing of the unit.
Must be able to de-escalate situations on site and think quickly and critically in emergency situations.
Assists with general requests for information, assistance and/or complaints related to housing from employees and escalates to the Lifestyle Manager or the Human Resource Manager where applicable.
Communicates housing policies and expectations to employees.
Supports the development of the housing budget and tracking of housing related costs.
Coordinates with HR and recruitment teams to ensure smooth intake and exit of employees.
Ensures safety protocols for the housing facilities are being adhered to.
Supports the overall employee relations experience to maintain employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
Reporting & Maintenance
Coordinates with maintenance teams to address repair requests in a timely manner.
Reporting & tracking of utility services as needed.
Completes work logs and reports any issues to the Lifestyle Manager or designee.
Assists with management and maintenance of all units and common spaces on site.
Conducts regular inspections of housing facilities to ensure they meet safety and cleanliness standards.
Reports all repairs to be made in assigned section, especially safety related issues and follow-up with management as necessary.
Reports any employee housing related challenges immediately to the Lifestyle Manager or designee.
Assists the Lifestyle Manager or designee with tasks as requested.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree in business administration, Hospitality Management or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a housing or maintenance environment in a hotel or related industry.
Experience in a customer service-related field is preferred.
SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have strong customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task and think critically.
Strong Microsoft office suite skills.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly, and cordially with employees and guests.
Ability to read and write English to understand and interpret written procedures.
This includes the ability to give and receive instructions in written and verbal forms and to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, and co-workers.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be physically fit.
Ability to work in an outdoor environment.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
Work may require employee to work inside and outside with exposure to changing climate and/or operate machinery.
May be required to work various shifts from time-to-time.
