Lift Operator-3rd Shift

Position Summary
The 3rd Shift Lift Operator is responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment to move, store, stage, and load products throughout the warehouse. This position supports overnight warehouse operations by ensuring accurate inventory movement, timely order fulfillment, and compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.


• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.


• Move, stack, and stage products in designated warehouse locations.


• Perform inventory transfers and replenishment activities to support production and shipping schedules.


• Verify product quantities, lot numbers, and storage locations for accuracy.


• Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.


• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness in assigned work areas.


• Follow all company safety policies, GMPs, and warehouse procedures.


• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and other warehouse projects as assigned.


• Work collaboratively with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


• Previous forklift or warehouse experience preferred.


• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.


• Basic math and inventory tracking skills.


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 pounds.


• Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.


• Ability to work in warehouse and refrigerated/freezer environments as required.


• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment throughout the shift.

Schedule

• Full-time, 3rd shift (overnight hours).


• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
