Lift Operator/Cherry Picker **$2000 Sign On Bonus**

Johnny Janosik is seeking RELIABLE and ENERGETIC LIFT OPERATORS/CHERRY PICKERS to join our team!  We offer a competitive compensation package which includes health care options and paid time off. 

The ideal candidates for this position are dependable, detail-oriented, and prioritize safety.  While prior experience is definitely a plus, we are happy to provide training, and we welcome those who are new to the field and want to learn.

This is a labor-intensive position that requires heavy lifting. Individuals are regularly on their feet throughout their shift and may work at heights of up to 40 feet as required. Safety is a priority!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Stock picker/Cherry picker type lift and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform heavy lifting up to 500 lbs. safely and with assistance
• Efficiently move merchandise in or out of storage or staging areas
• Pull and prepare merchandise, ensuring the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped
• Properly use the handheld scanner to process the merchandise
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Participate in training sessions to gain necessary skills and certifications
• Maintain equipment in safe and clean condition

• 3+ years of warehouse and forklift experience is a plus!  
• Must be able to pass a Background and Drug Screen (Zero Tolerance) 
• Must be DEPENDABLE! 
• Ability to work at heights of up to 40 feet
• Physical capability to perform heavy lifting up to 500 lbs. with assistance
• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, bend, squat, reach and/or twist frequently
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse 
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented
• Be able to work independently or as part of a team
