LIHTC Paralegal

Description:

Gallagher Evelius & Jones LLP is seeking a Transactional Paralegal to join its growing Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) practice. This employee will work closely with the Partners, Associates, and other Paralegals in our close-knit and supportive group to close LIHTC transactions on behalf of a leading national syndicator and other clients, with significant client exposure and deal responsibility.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program, project management skills, and the ability to run calls and manage client interaction.
