We are looking for an experienced, dynamic Leasing Agent, preferably with OneSite knowledge. YieldStar knowledge is a great plus!

Position Requirements: 

• MUST HAVE LIHTC EXPERIENCE


• Show and lease apartments


• Administrative duties


• Proper execution of policies and procedures


• Achieve resident satisfaction through communication, responsiveness to needs, and professionalism.


• Some experience with Section 42 property management


• Strong communication/computer skills


• Exceptional organization skills


• Ability to multi task


• Excellent customer service skills


• Professional Appearance


• Ability to work well with managers and other personnel
