Our Future Bay Area stores are seeking an experienced sales consultants to take our store to the next level. Our Bay Area Dealerships are a joint venture bringing two great family-owned dealer groups together, the Future Automotive Group and the Hansel Automotive Group. Our sales department and is growing, and we have an immediate need for a few assertive and motivated individuals. Prior sales experience is a plus but will consider the right candidate. Pay Scale Components:
The Lincoln Client Advisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $25.00 The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Manage internet leads.
- Become a master of Lincoln products.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Expectations:
- Car sales experience is helpful but NOT REQUIRED
- Must have customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Valid sales license
- Positive attitude and demeanor
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals
