In this position...

  • As a Lincoln Sales Specialist, you will leverage data analysis and trend identification to make recommendations that directly impact business decisions and enhance the customer experience.
  • You will work closely with retailers, ensuring optimal product allocation and maximizing customer lifetime value.
  • We embrace an audience-first approach, driving customer loyalty, vehicle repurchase, and increased sales across vehicles, parts, accessories, and services. You'll be the voice of Ford & Lincoln in the field, connecting directly with dealers.

As a Lincoln Sales Specialist, you will join a team that provides automotive retailers:

  • Lincoln Certified Pre-Owned
  • Sales Net Promoter Score
  • National GTM Execution
  • Tier 1-3 Marketing Alignment

  • Develop strong consultative skills by working directly with retailers to address their challenges and find effective solutions.
  • Enhance your teamwork and collaboration skills by working within a supportive team environment.

  • Be provided with all the necessary resources, including a dedicated dealer portfolio, data and analytics tools, and a company car (depending on your initial assignment).

You'll have...

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business (Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, Communications, or related field)
  • Experience: 0-3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Relocation: Must be willing and able to relocate, both now and in the future. Territory is central to Michigan
  • Travel Commitment: (up to 4+ days/week, up to a four-hour drive radius, 100+ miles, potential overnight stays) (i.e. Tues-Fri, and air travel as needed)
  • Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license

This position is a range of salary grades 5-8.
