Lincoln Service Concierge

West Point Lincoln, conveniently located on the Katy Freeway just west of Beltway 8, has one full time Concierge position in our Service Department.  Our Service Concierge assists our Service Advisors in a fast paced environment and has a wide range of responsibilities.  The schedule is M-F  8-5, no weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Handling our loaner fleet, checking loaners in and out for clients


• Receptionist


• Scheduling client reservations


• Scheduling mobile van reservations

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age


• Great client service skills


• Experience in the automotive industry preferred


• Experience in the hospitality industry preferred


• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background


• Must be authorized to work in the US
