Line Cook

We are looking for an experienced High-Volume Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence.

• Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.


• Work multiple stations, including grill, sauté, fry, and prep, as needed.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation to ensure smooth service.


• Follow recipes and plating guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.


• Assist with prep work, inventory management, and kitchen cleaning duties.


• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.


• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure a seamless service.


• Adapt to high-pressure situations and maintain composure during peak hours.

• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment preferred.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.


• Strong knife skills and proficiency in multiple cooking techniques.


• Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.


• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.


• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
