Millbrook Golf and Tennis is a country club located in Millbrook, New York. In the kitchen, our focus is to provide the membership with delicious food made with fresh and local products. Our goal is to maintain quality throughout the summer season.  Our dinner menu changes weekly in order to use ingredients that are hyper seasonal and fresh. We work with local farms in our area to ensure this quality.  

Lunch is open 7 days a week, dinner is hosted 2 to 4 days a week. In addition to typical lunch/ dinner services; the Club also hosts events such as member lunches, cocktail parties, and summer barbecues, etc. 

The kitchen provides food for the snack bar, the porch (our main dining area) and the golf house with lunch as the main service. Members are able to enjoy at any of the outlets from Noon until 2:30 pm each day. Our menu is an extensive range of salads and sandwiches, to hot items such as entrees and grilled items. We provide daily specials according to demand.

Typical hours- Lunch shift: 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Dinner shift: 3:00 pm to close (approximately 11 pm). Doubles are included and preferred, however hours are flexible if needed. 

Family meal is provided during each shift.

• Ability to prep and maintain an individual workstation as per menu and directions. 
• Ability to ensure all food items are handled properly and quality of ingredients is monitored.
