LINE COOK / PREP COOK

Windjammer Grill at Fourwinds Marina & Lakeside Inn is looking for line cooks / prep cooks to join our team. Our ideal candidate is kind, positive, and works well with others. He or she also believes in quality, consistency, and working in a clean and organized environment.

Essential Functions:

· Ensures that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner in cooperation with the kitchen team

· Sets up kitchen and stocks prep stations prior to service

· Restocks ingredients at workstations to ensure smooth operations

· Labels, stocks, and organizes inventory

· Works efficiently with kitchen team members and complies with company procedures and food safety standards

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Self-motivated, strong attention to detail, quick to learn and able to multi-task

· Full and part time positions available – we offer flexible scheduling

· Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays

· Overtime offered based on staffing needs

· Must have reliable transportation, be responsible, and above all dependable

· Be able to lift and carry up to 60lbs.

· Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time.

· Willing to learn safe food handling practices and workplace safety procedures
