Maggie's Farm in Middleton is looking for a Full-Time Line Cook to join our team! We are looking for someone with high volume experience, as this is an incredibly busy location.

Maggie's Farm is a busy, casual and professional kitchen serving up a versatile menu of pub style classics that include appetizers and a diverse range of main entrees that offers something for everyone. And although we don’t try to reinvent the wheel, we believe in using quality ingredients to create delicious and approachable food for each and every one of our guests.

What Will You Do as a Line Cook at Maggie’s Farm?

• Prep fresh ingredients in a professional kitchen with a great team
• Follow our food safety, cleaning and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Learn recipes and execution techniques
• Be an important team member within a professional kitchen crew
• Communicate effectively with the BOH and FOH
• Receive and execute orders according to our recipes and procedures
• Contribute the success of Maggie’s Farm while also developing your own culinary skills

Requirements

• Previous kitchen experience in a high volume, full service restaurant
• Positive attitude
• Excellent communication
• Comfortable in a fast pace environment and be able to execute quality dishes quickly and efficiently
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation including proper knife skills & cooking techniques
• Strong attention to food safety and sanitation
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
