We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Your expertise in food handling and meal preparation will contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.

Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours.

Monitor food quality and presentation, making adjustments as necessary to meet standards.

Follow proper knife handling techniques and maintain equipment for optimal performance.

Skills

Experience in the food industry, particularly in a fine dining restaurant is required.

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.

Proficiency in meal preparation techniques and cooking methods.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.

Familiarity with various kitchen equipment and tools, including knives and cooking appliances.
