About the Role:
Join our dynamic kitchen team at Latuli as a Line Cook! In this exciting role, you'll prepare delicious dishes that delight our customers while working in a fast-paced environment.




Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

  • Assist in inventory management and food storage practices.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service.

  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

  • Monitor food quality and presentation before serving.

  • Adapt to changing menus and special requests from customers.

  • Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in a restaurant.

  • Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree is a plus.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Passion for food and commitment to quality service.

  • Current food handler's certification is preferred.

Latuli is a new upscale restaurant located in Memorial that promises a refreshing interpretation of Gulf Coast food, enriched with robust Texas flavors and a touch of global inspiration.


 Our guests, whether they live steps away, inside The Loop or in Katy, should recognize this place as their own. It has a menu that is both elevated and recognizable.

Compensation: $16.00 per day
