San Antonio Winery is looking to hire part-time and full-time positions for our Italian Bistro and Tasting Room in Paso Robles. We are considering applicants with Sous Chef, Line Cook and Prep, and Kitchen management experience. We are open 7 days a week during the day.

Successful candidates will play a key role in contributing to customer satisfaction in our Bistro and Event Center. Experience in pasta, Grill, Pizzas, Salads, Sandwiches, and Sauces are a plus. 

Responsibilities for Various Positions:

• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies


• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff


• Clean up the station and take care of leftover food


• Stock inventory appropriately


• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion


• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards


• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers


• Proven prep/cooking experience is preferred, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, sous chef, prep cook.


• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.


• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks


• Familiar with industry’s best practices


• Bilingual in English is preferred but will consider Spanish Speaking only candidates.

San Antonio Winery está buscando contratar puestos de tiempo completo y tiempo parcial para nuestro bistró italiano y sala de degustación en Paso Robles. Estamos considerando solicitantes con experiencia en Sous Chef, Line Cook and Prep y administración de cocina. Estamos abiertos los 7 días de la semana durante el día. Los candidatos seleccionados desempeñarán un papel clave para contribuir a la satisfacción del cliente en nuestro Bistro y Centro de Eventos. Se valorará experiencia en Pastas, Parrilla, Pizzas, Ensaladas, Sándwiches y Salsas. 

Responsabilidades para varios puestos:

• Instalar y abastecer estaciones con todos los suministros necesarios.


• Cocine los elementos del menú en cooperación con el resto del personal de cocina.


• Limpiar la estación y cuidar los restos de comida.


• Almacenar el inventario adecuadamente Garantizar que los alimentos salgan simultáneamente, en alta calidad y en el momento oportuno.


• Cumplir con las normas de nutrición y saneamiento y las normas de seguridad.


• Mantener un enfoque positivo y profesional con compañeros de trabajo y clientes.


• Se prefiere experiencia comprobada en preparación/cocina, incluida experiencia como chef de línea, cocinero de restaurante, sous chef y cocinero de preparación.


• Excelente comprensión de diversos métodos de cocción, ingredientes, equipos y procedimientos.


• Precisión y rapidez en la ejecución de las tareas asignadas.


• Familiarizado con las mejores prácticas de la industria. Se prefiere el idioma bilingüe en inglés, pero se considerarán candidatos que solo hablen español.
