Line Cook

Five Iron Golf is the country's premier indoor golf and entertainment experience, with 26 locations nationwide and more on the way. Five Iron Golf’s core mission is to seamlessly meld golf and entertainment, and in the process make golf inclusive and accessible for all.  

We are seeking a Line Cook to help support our Head Chef in managing all aspects of our kitchen. Our Line Cooks are responsible for preparing, cooking, and delivering flavorful dishes to our guests, ensuring that every bite is a satisfying and memorable experience. This position will report directly to the Head Chef. 

Responsibilities include the following:

• Open/close kitchen when needed 
• Prepare a variety of different appetizers/entrees for guests
• Food preparation to ensure kitchen and line is fully stocked
• Maintains clean kitchen by properly washing soiled dishes
• Follow all sanitary and health code requirements
• Work with front of house to ensure excellent service
• Control and directing the food preparation process

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience as line cook
• Ability to work independently and with a kitchen team
• Ability to divide responsibility and monitor staff
• Credentials in health and safety training
• Must be flexible with hours 
• Servsafe certified
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs during normal operations
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest

Job Types: Non-exempt 

Hours: will vary by week and will be focused on night and weekend shifts.
