Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards 
• Operate and maintain fry equipment, ensuring proper cooking temperatures and techniques 
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards 
• Assist with inventory management and food preparation as needed 
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff for efficient, consistent food production 
• Continuously develop and refine grilling skills and techniques 
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to address needs or concerns

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience cooking on a hot line in a full-service restaurant (preferred) 
• Strong knowledge of grilling and sauté techniques, equipment, and safety procedures 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation 
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
