Summary, Qualifications & Duties

As a Line Cook in our award-winning resort's kitchen, you'll work alongside a talented culinary team preparing dishes that showcase locally sourced ingredients and the region's flavors!

• 2+ years' commercial kitchen experience required.
• Culinary Arts degree is a plus.
• Take charge of preparing meats, seafood, vegetables, and more, adhering to high standards.
• Keep your workstation clean and organized, ensuring smooth service periods.
• Contribute to menu innovation, ensuring a dynamic and exciting dining experience.
