Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area located in Somerville, MA, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards set by the restaurant. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes to customers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for menu items
- Cook food according to recipes and standards
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
- Work as part of a team to meet kitchen goals and maintain efficiency
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a line cook or in a similar role
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
