Line cook

Brothers Keeper, a Miami Beach bar with a strong focus on hospitality and great food, is looking for a motivated Line Cook to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily prep work to ensure ingredients are ready and stations are fully stocked.
  
  


• Maintain organization and cleanliness of your station at all times.
  
  


• Work independently for the majority of your shift, taking ownership of the station.
  
  


• Multitask under pressure during busy service hours while maintaining consistency and quality.
  
  


• Follow proper food safety and sanitation practices.
  
  


• Assist with portioning, labeling, and rotating product.
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a line cook or similar role preferred, but not required.
  
  


• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
  
  


• Comfortable working solo on the line with limited supervision.
  
  


• Strong time management and organizational skills.
  
  


• Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
