Are you an experienced LINE COOK looking to join a successful restaurant company and grow your career? Prime Hospitality Group (PHG) is seeking a LINE COOK to join the Ruth's Chris Steak House team in downtown St. Louis, MO. Please consider this exceptional opportunity!

The Line Cook to executes all kitchen operations, ensuring the development of quality menu items and line products through consistent application of appropriate kitchen skills and strict adherence to established recipes. The Line Cook plates all dishes in accordance with PHG and Ruth Chris Steak House specifications and quality standards.

Line Cook Qualifications

• Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude 

• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively within a team

• Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

• Continuous bending, reaching and twisting
