Main Responsibilities of a Cook:

• Preparing workstations, cooking ingredients, and kitchen equipment for cooking.
• Cooking and arranging food.

Responsibilities of a Line Cook:

• Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.
• Preparing workstations and kitchen equipment.
• Checking ingredient quality and preparing them using various techniques.
• Cooking food using culinary skills and ensuring appealing presentation.
• Managing food storage, stock, and ingredient orders.

Line Cook Requirements:

• Prior experience as a cook.
• Skilled in operating kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of and adherence to sanitation procedures.
• Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, work quickly, and hold a high school diploma.

Location: Spartanburg, South Carolina

Work schedule

• 10 hour shift
• Weekend availability
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Overtime
