The Line Cook prepares and cooks menu items to spec while maintaining high standards for quality, speed, and cleanliness. Responsibilities include prepping ingredients, following recipes and portion standards, maintaining station organization, monitoring food holding times/temperatures, and cleaning/sanitizing equipment and work areas. Communicates effectively with the team to support efficient service. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
